1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the organization operating the apk8x platform and all users of this platform ("Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to the apk8x website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.

apk8x may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

apk8x is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Age Verification Process

You must confirm your age at the time of registration. apk8x may verify age at any time using a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. The account may be restricted until age verification is completed.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that using this platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Attempting to access the platform from regions where online gaming is prohibited is a violation of these Terms.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on apk8x:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all payment methods).
• Deposits must be made only from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The correct transaction reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). apk8x does not guarantee any specific currency exchange rate.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or unauthorized, apk8x reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction. If an account is linked to money laundering or illegal activity, the account will be closed immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

apk8x offers various promotional offers and bonuses. This section describes the general terms and conditions applicable to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual / household / IP address.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• There is a specific time limit for meeting wagering requirements, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
• apk8x reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

apk8x's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on gaming activity. Cashback is credited to the member's account at a set time each week.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

apk8x is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of results.

6.2 Technical Errors

apk8x is not liable for any technical errors or disconnections that occur during a gaming session. If an error results in an abnormal outcome, the result of that round may be voided.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to each game, which are displayed in the game interface. If you attempt to place a bet outside the set limits, the system will automatically reject it.

6.4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the specified time window.
• Bets on events suspected of being fixed or manipulated may be voided.
• Approval of bets in live betting depends on market conditions.
• For abandoned or suspended events, decisions will be made in accordance with apk8x's policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk8x platform. Involvement in these activities will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance:

• Bonus manipulation or bonus abuse
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using any hacking or fraudulent methods to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Stealing other members' information or attempting unauthorized access to their accounts
• Using fraudulent payment methods (chargebacks, etc.)
• Operating an account with third-party funds
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from a region where it is prohibited in your jurisdiction

8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Where permitted by law, the maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the preceding 30 days.

11. Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure at the Member's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request the permanent closure of your account. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

11.2 Closure at apk8x's Initiative

apk8x reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or manipulation
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Legal or regulatory reasons

11.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Whether any remaining real-money deposit balance is returned will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis.
